One error... Langrane, should be Landgrave. John I was actually John J (Johannes
Jacob),
but it (the J) looked so much like an I that it became so.
The original Shultheisse arrived here in the States in 1709, from England.
He and his family were Palatinates, who fled from there to Holland, then
to England.
