From a user contribution, J. Parker:

Here's the known lineage for this family. William Wesson Chamberlain was 1 of 6 known children (4 survived after 1900) of David Woodburn Chamberlain, b. 12 Jul 1850, Cherry Valley, Otsego Co., NY, and Catherine Sutliff. David's father was William Chamberlain, b. c1823, England, who married Mary Bailey c1849, prob. NY. William emigrated from England to Otsego Co., NY, about 1840. There are several Chamberlain families listed in Cherry Valley in 1850 with English origins, who might well be related. The oldest is Thomas & Mary, both age 55, both b. England, with 4 children born between c1832 and c1838 in NY York State. A Thomas Chamberlin was also listed there in 1840, p. 334: 1111101-1110001, who is probably the same person. More research is required to trace this family. Regarding William Wesson Chamberlain's two sons, Everett appears to be living in Manhattan, NYC in 1930, and Kenneth B. married Dorris Lucy Comstock, 14 Jun 1926, with one known child, Jane Estella, b. 17 Jun 1927, but I have no more information about them beyond the 1930 census.
